I've been juicing for a couple weeks now and love it. Just had:
Kale, romaine, celery, cucumber, green apples, ginger, red yellow and orange mini peppers, and grapefruit.

I can't believe I completely forgot to mention cucumbers and celery.

Ginger is good as well as romaine.

This morning was my first time trying romaine. It produce a ton of juice so I will probably add it to the base of my juices along with the celery and cucumber I have been using as a base.

Have you tried pears in your juice? I think it balances out the harshness of some vegetables like kale, celery, and beets better than green apples. Pears also add a silky smoothness to your juice.
