Well If Nola is viewed by maneri as better than eades, and some consider eades first round material . Then why is Nola being a top ten pick impossible ?

I'm good friends with a Chicago White Sox scout who covers the south, He said Nola would be a Top ten pick this year if he was eligible to come out.
