dont we bust on our first round withh sean payton?

No.

Reggie - instrumental in our SB run. See cardinals game.

Meachum - solid wr for us who made some good plays, even though we redshirted him

Sed Ellis - I'll give you that fatass

Jenkins - was money SB year, playing out of position with absolutely no help, responsible for some huge plays, needs to go back to corner

Patrick Robinson - shows potential, makes some dumb plays

Ingram - not a bust, never fumbles, good blocker, sorry he went to bama

Jordan - huge potential, good player

Wrong on Reggie and Jordan for sure.
Meachum not a bust nor a 4th string WR.
Ingram... still out on that one.
Jenkins has a place just somewhere else besides FS.

If Payton has any pull, Teo will not be the pick.
Teo will not go in the first round.
Despite subpar pro day and unless someone falls unexpectedly my guess is Jarvis Jones.

bush - would have dominated that game with or without him...ill reference the eagles playoff game where he almost fumbled the game away in the 4th...the 2007 falcons game where he did...or the poke of doom that turned around the bears game in the 06 NFCCG....for a no.2 pick he was a bust...for a player he was not if that makes sense

meachem - good player, nice recieving option and the redskin game still gives me a boner...a first round pick?...no.

Jenkins - agree but as a safety...which is where the team put him...he is a bust

P Rob - agree but honestly i like him alot and think he can be something

Ingram - Bama is a big flaw, he is a 1st rounder and to be honest he is still IMO only the 3rd best back on a good day and 4th best on most...i would take Pierre and Darren over him any day of the week and on most days i like ivory as a runner more....as a 3rd to 4th running option he is a bust for a 1st round pick

for us he was a 4th string WR...unless it was due to injury he was always the 4th rotation WR behind Colston (7th) lance(undrafted) and devery(2nd)....how is that not a bust in terms of what you drafted and where you drafted him...

im not saying a bust means a bad player...its in terms of value for where you drafted and what you got...im not talking all time like ryan leafs of the world...im talking in terms of expectations...and being a role player...a first rounder should translate into a starter...a good starter...not necessarily pro bowl...but not buried on the chart...or a hindrance in some cases.

Credibility just reached 0. Good to know you let a stupid irrational bias cloud your judgment.

Come back when you can have a grown up conversation about NFL football.

Reggie was a good player here, no where near a bust. Who did you want instead in that draft without future knowledge?

the bama jab was a joke breesus...dont take everything so literally

ill give you that too...in that moment he was what everyone wanted. He just never matured as a runner here and maybe the fact that between deuce and pierre he was never the best option here.

i dont have a bama bias...i just want the players they have that have actual star power...julio and trent were obvious freaks that if we ever had a chance at i would have snatched...mark at best could one day be compared as a poor man's emmitt if he is lucky. julio will be better than TO and trent is just raw...i dont even know who to compare him to but he has the potential to be truly special.

with matt ryan for the first half of his career...in a passing frenzy league...he broke the 1000 yard barrier in his second season something TO only did once in his first 4 seasons...

TDs i would expect TO to win

but in terms of probowls, recieving yards, championships....fewer drops...barring injury julio will surpass him

As to the OP:

I will buy Home Depot stock with every penny I have and donate it to Falconslife

Where do people come up with these threads. We are not taking Manti T'eo...

I'll save you some trouble chief. This is an old, tired, dead topic on the ST board.

Ingram will be fine. But given our situation at RB at the time he was drafted, it was at least arguably the correct decision. We all wish Ingram would run hard every game like we know he can do and have seen him do on occasion. Posting up comparisons of him to other RBs from the same draft accomplishes nothing. Hind sight is always 20-20. No one is impressed.
