I think it's interesting Coach Jones (and most coaches) don't wait until basketball season for visits. LSU has Tiger Stadium, so there's a lot of appeal there, but still.

Trying to get visits in before early signing period I guess.

I've also wondered why they don't bring in multiple recruits on the same visit,a lot of schools do this.there's always the chance the guys would kind of bond and want to play together .

That's only done for officials typically.

Not every class can be great like last year but it is weird to have struck out this much thus far.

Coaches have an in home visit this week. Really need some positive momentum to start.

Hope Reynolds is able to fill that PG need. I guess we also have to hope for very little attrition.

Got to believe that we'll have at least three spots to fill with Coleman and Stringer (seniors) definitely needing to be replaced, and O'
Bryant almost certainly leaving after this season. That's not to mention Martin and Mickey (either or both) having great years and testing the NBA waters.

Trey Touchet also just committed to UTEP. Not sure how much LSU was interested in him, but that's a local guy.

I'd have to think we could do better than Touchet.

If we lose out on Reynolds then I will get worried, as I think he has been the main target at PG.He even stated that with the amount of love that Lsu was showing him he figured to be a priority for them and that they had Been to at least 8-10 of his games plus numerous practices. If they're showing him that much love it has to be something about him that they like.

LSU was not seriously interested. I have a source close to the touchet family.

Cornelius Hudson is the younger brother of NFL star Michael Crabtree. Several other recruits are tweeting that he has or will commit to LSU.
