Im interested in joining
Do you have to pay monthly or yearly and how much is it.
And is it worth joining?and how do you join? do i get anything cool for joining and will it help me get tickets earlier or have any perks?

Been a member for 2 years, think it is about 25 a year and I've gotten a T-shirt and bandanna both years. Also you get discounts of flight and stuff using the codes the organization sends you every month.

Contact LSUMJ on here, he runs the Baton Rouge Chapter.

MLSTer
im the BR chapter president

its $24 a year- that includes the tshirt and bandana, so hey, thats your cost right there

-We get presales on game tickets, as well as discounts on them
-discounts on hotels for the games
-discounts on United airlines to the match cities
-discount on Avis rent a car any day any where
- 10% off at worldsoccershop.com
- 10% off at Third Coast Soccer
- discount at The Londoner during matches

joining is simple, just click here membership and select BR as the chapter

We will be at The Londoner Tuesday. With the road games (aside from mexico) being on BEIN sports that Cox doesnt carry, we will be at Pluckers on bluebonnet for those

they have a "not listed" option on the selection page. so you would be a national member, no real diiference i suppose

you could also try to start one there

Thanks, didn't notice that
If I had the organizational skills I would try and start one
Im sure there's enough interest here, I only know of a few people to get a chapter started.

i would suggest emailing AO, there may be enough national members in NWA without their own chapter, that you could start one

go ahead and get the ball rolling, ask around on the arky boards, email the local soccer organizations...

It's definitely worth joining. I have been to a few events in the BR chapter. Unfortunately most of the venues are a bit far for me to drive, especially if I plan on having a few brews... Still, I think it is worth supporting and I loved my bandana before I lost it. 4th of july kicked my arse.

Still wondering what type of flight discounts you get? Anything decent or like $20 off a $350 flight?
