I don't know about Shakira's talents as a coach, but she's very likable and would probably improve after this season. Usher has dealt with finding and promoting a talent before. This was new for Shakira. The coaches' interactions were great on this show and made it worth watching.
God these 2 were so much better than CLo who couldnt even put a thought together and the uberbitch Christina who couldnt say a nice thing about anyone who wasnt on her team. I am really going to miss this dynamic this season. Oh and Shakira so much nicer to look at than Ms Piggy.

On the bright side, I read that XF is on an earlier schedule with auditions and could start in last Aug rather than early Sept. Do try to maintain control until then. I know it's hard. It's going to be hard for me, too.
I agree on CLo. I have a hard time listening to him. He takes a long time to formulate thoughts IF he ever formulates them. I want to pull the words from his mouth. Maybe Xtina's new body will come with a new personality, but she's so hard to take.

If she is paired up with any sort of decent songwriter, she will thrive.
Doesn Blake have a label? I'm not sure how the Voice winner works in terms of if they're contracted to work with whatever label (didn't old AI winners have to sign with Simon Cowell's label or some shite like that?), but I can't imagine Blake wouldn't have signed her if he could have.

Finally watched the finale. Very entertaining.
-Bruno Mars was excellent... sounds the same live as he does on his record.
-Segment on Blake doing all the stuff Usher did was hilarious.
-If Sasha sounded the way she did for her last song and in the En Vogue song, she would have been in the finale. Girl can really sing and is sexy as hell.
-Hell of a run by the Swons and they will have a good career.
-Danielle won and will be a superstar... no surprise there.
-Looking forward to season 6 will the same 4 will be back I believe. That said, even though she's great on the eyes, I'm actually starting to get a little bored of her. Still a crap ton better than Christina and the chemistry is so much better btw the 4 judges w/o her and CeeLo.
See ya'll next season.

I didn't know the winner could choose the label. Voice doesn't have the tour like AI does. I read AI canceled a few due to lack of interest or maybe they didn't sell out. I read something about lack if interest in the tour.
