Rocket Burger is the only redeeming place to go and it's a togo burger joint, Boudin King has pretty good gumbo. Regatta in LA is about it. Watch the speed heading south out of Jennings.

Burbon Street Cafe has some good grub. I used to stop there on my way back from Freeport every week.
Shrimp Poboy is good and enough for two or three meals. I'm personally a fan of the mambo combo
