We've got a bunch of prospects at the Sugar Bowl meet at Gormley this weekend.

Fournette is in the sprints and the relays.

Noil is in the broad jumps (long and triple) and in the 4x100 (not the same leg as Fournette).

I saw Kevin Spears in one of the jumps.

Dupre is in the high jump.

Heat sheets are [link=(here)]https://www.sugarbowltrackclassic.com/[/link]. I browsed through them so I probably missed people.

Anybody else know of anybody to keep up with on the track this weekend?

Where's Loranger this weekend? Green Oaks? Barbe?

We need to see Speedy, Malachi, and others in the individual 100m, hard to get times from relays.

Sounds like some studs at Gormley! Great track to run on too!

I notice that Speedy's best events seem to be the jumps. I can't imagine he wouldn't be a 10.5 100-meter guy, if not better.

Rashard robinson is running in the Broward County meet too: Miami Herald

Blanche Ely’s No. 7 ranked national sprinter Rashard Robinson put off his show until Saturday’s BCAA Track championships at Dillard. With Robinson cruising to qualifying times, Douglas’ Trevor Butts seized the spotlight by winning the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles and triple jump and leading the Eagles’ 1,600-relay team to second place at the BCAA north qualifier at Blanche Ely on Wednesday.

“This was a big meet leading up to Saturday,’’ Butts said. “I came in with the confidence to win all three individual events. I’m looking for a couple guys out there in the hurdles. Ely will be there and Maurice Dix from St. Thomas Aquinas.”

Robinson, expected to be among the biggest draws at the BCAA Finals after clocking a personal-best 10.46 at the Walter Dix Invitational, barely broke a sweat in winning that race in 11.02. Robinson also teamed with Justin Campbell, Trevonte McFadden and Thomas Geddis to win the 400-meter relay in 43.20 and came back to win the 200 in 22.00 after his starting blocks slipped.

“In the 100, I didn’t want to go too hard,’’ Robinson said. “I just cruised it to get me to Saturday and get ready. I’m expecting to win the 100 and 200 through God, and our relay team to place in the top three. This means a lot. God has blessed me with a lot of things.”

With incoming players and current team, who would be our 4X100 relay team to take on all NCAA Footbal 4X100 relay teams?

What is each of the four's 40 & 100 times?

How about the top 10 fastest 40 times for the team also.

Thanks

Noil placed second in the long and triples. Also ran a leg on the Karr 4x1 that posted a nation leading time.

Dupree was 4th in long, 8th in triple, and won the high jump at 6'8".

Fournette ran 21.72 in the 200m. A man that large should not able to run that fast for that far.
