Best Tasting Saltwater Fish?

This thread was a toss up on where to place it, here or the Food Board. Ultimately, I imagine the OB would have more experience on this subject. In your opinion, what is the best tasting saltwater fish that you've ever tasted (even worldwide)? I've heard everything from "Patagonian Toothfish" to Mako shark. If I had to choose five it would probably be:
1) Golden Tilefish
2) Halibat
3) Pompano
4) Wahoo
5) Monkfish

Gag grouper and red snapper. Really tough to beat either. Wahoo and fresh yellowfin next.

Cold water fish =
Gimme flounder/spec any day over those.
Dolphin is good though, and I have been known to eat a tuna steak or two, but the basics are better.
