Some people worry too much about what position we need. Some people stress bpa regardless of circumstances. I think both issues are somewhat important. You don't want to take a shitty player just because you have a position need, but we don't want to have our three best players at one position (sg or pf).

...then there are no minutes for a top 5 pick.

I somewhat agree that there is probably some situation where maybe you shy away from a certain position if there is just that much talent there already on the team. Idk, its tricky, I'm really glad I don't have to make the call.
