SBD: Heady Topper from the can

so as one who is not crazy about massive hop bombs, this is an amazingly drinkable DIPA. First, you guys were right about the aroma. Holy hell it hits you as you crack the can. But the best is the finish. No overbearing hop bitterness. Excellent.

the smell in the cannery was probably the greatest thing I ever smelled in my life. It was so rad to walk out of there with a case of heady.

enjoy

I'm not a huge hop head, just not a fan of the lingering hop bitterness, but this is all hop on the front, and a nice clean finish. I could become a hop head if all IPAs and DIPAs were like this.

SBD is a DR13. Very nice.

I asked them to get Heady Topper in the Champions Club for us Saturday.

I drove two hours to Tuscaloosa in January in shitty, tornado weather for Hopslam, and the two places I went were out before 1:00 pm.

Sorry I don't feel sorry for you having 3 left

Had to pick one of these up after I have been speaking so highly of it recently.

It's nice. Very clean porter that leaves a nice roastiness. Very easy to drink. Kind of like a Black Butte Porter.

We might bail if this doesn't happen.

For real though, you're the man.

R2R, Abrasive is the closest thing I'd had to Heady.
