I'm glad that you started this thread. Me and my significant other went and tried a burger place for the first time today. This place has been around for a while, but we've never been. The name of the place is FLIPS. Have never eaten there before, we ordered The Double Flip. It turned out to be a double meat grilled burger, with cheese, bacon and fresh avocado. The avocado was apparently put in the blender, but that was one of the best burgers that I ever had. We had just come back from our blood work results and since everything checked out fine, we decided to indulge this one time. It will probably be a few months before going back, because once I saw that burger, my first thought was that this thing is a heart attack waiting to happen. That place prepares all food to order. The burger and fries were extremely hot. Next time I go, I'm going to try their turkey breast sandwich minus the fried foods.

No shits yet. Not sure if it showed up, but it was bleu cheese, fresh avocado slices, lettuce tomato and onion. The patty was a blend of ground sirloin and chuck. The buns were from Calandro's bakery.

I like those from Calandros. Did you toast it? I like bleu cheese also.
