Friend's son killed a turkey over the weekend and he gave me a good sized breast. What would be the best way to cook it? I'm thinking about cutting it into strips, marinating it and then grilling, but am open to any and all suggestions. TIA

I am always partial to the fried turkey strips....dredged in seasoned flour and make a gravy for some rice/mashed potatoes.
