I think only Kentucky, Bama, Tennessee will get in. Unfortunately LSU will get left out in my opinion. I hope I'm wrong

What makes you say that? Neither in nor out is "likely" at this point, hence the bubble idea, we are kinda in the middle.

UGA coach said that after losing to LSU it was UGA's last game as he was not interested in the CBI at all.

pardon my ignorance but what exactly is the CBI? is it another tourney they've started recently?

There's 2 other tourneys beyond the NIT. The CBI is the next step down and they take major conference teams and mid-majors. The CIT is the step down from that and only takes mid-majors.
