That's a good question. I don't know about the rifle part but I know when people OC handguns in Bass Pro they're most likely going to the range.

I don't think so. That range sucks anyway.

I'm surprised he wasn't escorted from the store with a new set of bracelets. From what I remember about the open carry laws, the bolt must remain closed unless you are being engaged.

These were 3 separate dudes. Not like they were together as a group. It's a freaking plague that's about to take over Denham Springs, I tell ya.

They all looked to be <25 yrs old. One of them was just walking around racking the bolt constantly, just trying to draw attention to himself.

Were they buying anything? I mean I could understand if you needed supplies after a day of shooting and didnt want to leave your rifle in the car.

I would love to have heard their reasoning for the repeated racking of the bolt.

That sounds like a good way to get shot by an overzealous LP resident

I didn't hang around him. Didn't want to be within 100 yards of those fools. The guy racking the bolt didn't have a mag in. He was just attention whoring. Racking it every 10 - 15 seconds or so. I was only around him long enough to hear it 3 times.

See my post above. I didn't hang around long enough to observe.
