Has anybody ever made their own replacement? Mine is a little short and I cracked it this week. It is 3/16th inches thick. Could you use Lexan or Acrylic? And can you heat and bend either of those?

Thanks

I tried some Lexan with a heat gun I had around the office it was to brittle after. I wind up finding a company in Harvey that will make a copy of your windshield off of the old one.
