George Strait is awesome. Too bad he isn't really known by non-country fans.

It's a song that I never skip when it comes on shuffle.

Kids these days wouldn't understand the pay phone part.

Probably my favorite GS song, and along with Chris Ledoux's Silence on the Line really goes to show how lonely the life of a rodeo cowboy can be.

I was a bit surprised, and disappointed, that Cheyenne was left off the set list for George's Knoxville show a couple of weeks back.

how was his show? don't get me wrong, i'd go in a heartbeat, but he doesn't seem to be too lively on stage from what ive seen on tv. definitely no garth brooks, swinging out over the crowd and shite.

This was the 6th time I have seen him, and hope to get #7 in if he plays Atlanta next year as part of the final tour.

If you are looking for high energy, stuff like Garth, breaking guitars, swinging on lines, etc. then King George isn't for you. He has his guitar and he sings song after song after song.

This tour was a little different as he went deep into the vault of older songs (Marina Del Ray, Honky Tonk Crazy, 80 Proof Bottle of Tear Stopper) and talked about the song writers and the songs.
