Just had a friend from Houma tell me his cousin was at Felix's in the Quarter last night & they don't sell crawfish by the pound....they were selling them for $11.99 per DOZEN....WTF if true? Even if select what a ripoff...anyone heard of this?

Haven't heard, but they closed for a while and I think there are new owners. I remember something about it closing for a bit and maybe losing the liquor license or perhaps that was due to new owners applying. Something went on with it not too long ago. I know that much!

Not sure about the crawfish, but that doesn't seem like accurate info. I was in there last Saturday, so all I'm sure of is that it's open for bidness and the booze is flowing.

I was in there a couple weeks ago too and had a couple cocktails with some good raw oysters. I saw people eating platters of crawfish and I doubt they were paying by the dozen.

The problems with the liquor license etc.. were last summer, if I recall. It was discussed on the board.
