1) will the tight end position become our #1 read on 3rd down under cam?

2) who will emerge as the #2 qb to met?

3) will cbs pick the LSU Bama game for prime time? Or will they pick A&M Bama

4) who will take over on kick return duties with OB3 handling punts?

Jeryl Brazil or Tre'Davious White, I would imagine.

With Jarvis Landry still handling windmilling duties.

2) Rivers probably

side note: why so much love for Jennings over Rettig?

3) who knows?
4) I'm guessing ODB/ Magee and Landry to start things off. then maybe work in a freshman if they show they can handle it.

Nah Jarvis Landry will be our go to guy on 3rd down

Rivers is a lock to be the backup

LSU-Bama later in the year is more appealing than the early season A&M-Bama game

If healthy it will be Travin Dural

Depends on the distance, but it will be nice to actually have that option.

I say Jennings, He gives you something that the other QB's dont have and that is a running threat.

I dont see why not. The past few games have been edge of your seat action. With the recent history involved, who wouldnt want to be associated with this game?

Hopefully Brazil or T White. I also like ( the name escapes me ) the guy who was gonna play receiver but they are moving him to DB, but he was in last years class.

3. We probably lose the prime time game to A&M and Bama because, It will be a revenge game and JFF.

Name the last true feshman to start the year returning kicks/punts. No way it will be Brazil or White when the season kicks off.

Apparently, you don't read this site much, huh?

The young kiddies on here have some kind of weird fixation and fascination with so called athletic "Dual Threat" quarterbacks for some reason, despite the fact that very few teams ever win National Championships with one.

Unless you are "Once in a Blue Moon" physical freaks like Cam Newton or Tim Yebow, DTQ's rarely have much success in the SEC. Defenses are too fast.

DTQ's are very rarely competent in the passing game, so once opposing defenses stack the box, take the run away and make the DTQ actually have to read a defense in order to pass, it's all over. (See Red Devil defense against Gholson in the National Championship game)

Manziel is actually one of the few DTQ's to come along since Tebow, that is actually somewhat proficient in the passing game, but I'd bet odds that SEC DC's have him figured out and he will not be quite as effective in 2013.

So is Jennings going to be another Tebow/Manziel or a Russell Shepard clone who was a high school wonder that couldn't handle a more complicated passing offense in college? Yall think Cam Cameron is going to water down his offense because any certain quarterback "Can't learn the playbook?

BTW, anybody remember what that god awful 2008 "Mallveto Monster" LSU defense did to Appalachain State DTQ Armanti EWdwards? They totally shut him down. Isn't that hard when your QB can't throw the football.

This would entirely depend on the pass play call. Sometimes maybe it could be, how often is up for debate....it being the PRIMARY 3rd target? I doubt it.

I'd say Rivers holds onto his job but you will hear Jennings and/or Rettig "wow" more in spring practice. However, Rivers knowing what he's doing with the experience edge probably holds true. I still think Jennings/Rettig are both more talented than Rivers though.

LSU-Bama hasn't been the prime time telecast the last four years; it's been the last two years.

LSU-Bama (regular season) has been carried by CBS every year since 2007. The 2007 game was a 4pm kickoff, the next three years it was 2:30pm, and the last two years it was a 7pm kick.

"Once in a Blue Moon" I assume means about half the time I guess?

You realize "dual threat" SEC guys have won 3 of the last 6 hiesmans, and 2 of 5 NCGs?

Nevermind the fact that Jennings isn't even a true Dual Threat anyway. He's just awesome, and unless he's lying through his teeth on twitter, it seems like he is working his arse off since he's been on campus.
