Was Andre Banned?

Ran into Andre at Buku Fest over the weekend and he said he was banned. He's a relatively new poster but he knows a butt load about music and has a ton of inside info on some popular jam bands and the NOLA music scene. I went through his post history and he hasn't posted anything banworthy but he says he can't post. The Music Board needs him back. Can he be reinstated or can the reason be given why he was banned so that he will know not to do it again? Thanks.

haven't picked a time yet...options are last week of May until first week of August...basically, when my son is out of school.
