Bears, Packers or Lions need to snatch him up. Cutler still has nightmares about Deangelo.

The league took issue with how the Redskins, Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and Oakland Raiders restructured contracts to take advantage of a year of uncapped salaries in the NFL during the 2010 season. The Redskins were penalized $36 million in total, and chose to split the penalty over the 2012 and 2013 seasons.

The Cowboys were the only team besides the Redskins to receive a salary cap penalty ($10 million).

That SOB John Mara led the charge.

Frees up some MUCH needed cap room. But our secondary was already thin. Allen is going to need to work some magic this spring.

Probably in the minority, but I actually thought Dhall played pretty good for the Skins. Not worth his contract, but still he did a good job. He shut down Dallas and Dez Bryant last year to get Washington into the playoffs.
