That's actually what I was thinking. I have been playing crysis and you have to hold down the crouch button which is alt. considering all crysis 1 did was have you sneak around my pinky cramps the whole game so I might look for a mouse with side buttons to crouch at least with.

Corsair m60 has the sniper button that you could program to crouch and it pretty comfortable to depress for extended periods. It's also a stand alone button so you don't have to worry about pressing other nearby buttons

I played more crysis today and it didn't bother me as much, I'm prob just getting more comfortable on the keyboard.

You can Never go wrong with a Razer mouse.
