Are you going to use it for an actual business or for yourself?

The latter is a felony, FWIW.

They've gotten a lot more stingy with them than they used to be. You have to have a actual brick and mortar store not just be a gun nut wanting a FFL.

SO could one buy 5 lowers with intention to sell them for profit with an FFL?

Maybe but like mentioned above, ATF will come knocking with 100% certainty, and they'll be looking for signs of a legitimate business. From what I can tell, it isn't like a hung sign deal (at least anymore). ATF, as you know, is a total a-hole agency, so while there are some gun-friendly folks in it, they'll gladly look for an opportunity to screw a gun enthusiast.

definitely unscented. Hate for anyone to have their smell detected upon home arrival and get blown at. (by a shotgun)

There is an interview process now. Local ATF agent will come do a face to face. No longer over the phone check the block bull shite.

You can have a FFL and operate a business out of your house though. THats how i got mine.

Are you sure you must have a brick and mortar store? I know someone who has an FFL registered to his house.

How long has he had it though? I think they are mainly tightening up on the new applications.
