Every single one of the 4 analysts on ITV after the game said it was a borderline yellow-red, and Man U's boy, Roy Keane, said it was 100% the right call. Intent is never stated in the laws of the game, dangerous play is all that's required for red. And highkicking someone in the chest, regardless of where he was looking or how close he was to the ball, could definitely be considered dangerous play
