Had a buddy bring me one last night. He skinned it so I wrapped it in bacon after I seasoned and rubbed it. Stuck a couple of whole onions and some sausage inside the cavity for more flavor and moisture. Been going about 5 hours now and looks and smells great.

Daughter making a veggie lasagna, and some friends are bringing some sides. Wife needs to learn to each what I cook.
