gonna rack my pale ale and dry hop with 2 oz of Simcoe. Pretty excited to taste it and see how its coming along. Also put one of my Mexican Praline Porters in the fridge to try later. It's only been bottled for two weeks though.

Haven't had a beer YET, but we just mashed in on a Grapefruit RyePA. Doing most of the work indoors today. Too cold out there.
