Crawfish Roll. Like a lobster roll, but with leftover crawfish tails.
I take leftover tails. Some mayo, green onions and celery.
Serve on soft roll and its delicious

Recently I've been putting tabbouleh on my morning bacon, egg, and cheese taco.

Peppers Pizzeria in Thibodaux/Houma used to make a Jambalaya pizza, not sure if they still do, but about 10 years ago when I had it, it was very good. Had sausage from Bourgeois' Meat Market in Thibodaux, along with tricolored peppers and other stuff.

Crawfish Tamale

Shrimp enchelado - That spelling was horrible should have been enchilada. I thinkk the shrimp was correct. It's a little early in the morning for me.
