I think Joe Morgan will be solid, but if we have a chance to get the best ever deep threat WR we should do it. Plus it will help Joe out.

You actually need to catch the football to be somewhat of a factor.

He's been growing extra hands all offseason.

I think Joe Morgan showed major signs of improvement towards the end of the year

I think Moss would be a great addition. Morgan is still young, but could benefit on how to run routes better, especially the deep ball. See no harm in having him on team if he's affordable.

Sign moss to a week to week contract and he'll be fine.

Saints being interested in Moss why not go after Terrell Owens he would be more productive and not alligator arm as many balls

The one good thing I have heard about Moss; is he teaches young WR the fundamentals. Heard he was a great teacher and mentor. Really think he opens up alot of underneath routs. Cant be any worse than Devery last year. I think he helped SF more than people are giving him credit for. Stats alone does not show everything a player does.

Moss was a complete nonfactor this season

Moss averaged 26 snaps a game.

Crabtree averaged 42.

Throw in the fact that Moss rarely played on running downs. One could say Moss aided in Crabtree's career year. Of course, Moss is garbage unless he plays for New England amirite?

My point is if we sign him pretty cheap it can only help the offense

Yes

Didn't hurt either. The man is due for a superbowl victory.

Wouldn't he be smarter to sign with a Super Bowl contender, then?

The name "Randy Moss" is what's getting so much attention here, not what he still has left in the tank or what he can do on the field. Using him as a decoy of a few plays will not help the Saints offense out like some expect.

Just jumpin in here. I read that when it came out. Has to be one of the worst worded & deceptive titles. I dunno Lauren Moranor or LINK Might be like Bleacher Report or the growing number of these kinda sites. They are no more than the opinions spouted on msg brds like here. No quotes, no linkage, nothing but speculative connecting the dots.

If a guy needs to be taught the fundamentals at this point...I dont want him. Coaches teach these guys and veterans simply give them tips here and there and set an example. Randy Moss is a good veteran but I'l take Colston setting an example over Moss any day.
