LSU assistant coach Tom Kelsey tweeted the game will be on CST, but LSUSports.net is now reporting WAFB. I am gonna listen to Kent Lowe on this one... I have attached the stations throughout Louisiana to the OP.

It is WAFB. Don't know if you've ever seen this, but secdigitalnetwork.com lists all the affiliates for the SEC network games each week.

Just a note: ESPN has a metric system that is similar to the RPI, but takes more stats into account, its called the BPI(basketball power index). LSU is currently 83. Joe Lunardi's next four out includes St. John's. St. John's BPI is 84.

I know BPI isn't used by the Tourny committee, but ESPN claims its a more accurate indicator than RPI so I would assume Lunardi takes it into account when he does his bracket.

I know that no one expects us to win, and that is a realistic thought. But however, if we do gut it out up there, we will start getting some bubble love on the networks IMO. We would be a "new team" and ESPN likes those storylines.

I would love to get into the picture. I think LSU is one of the best 64 teams in the NCAA. When talking about the tournament I do not speak of "deserving" cause I think LSU is getting closer and closer to that, but I look at it from the view of the selection committee and what they will think.

you gotta admit man, a win up @ Mizzou, breaking that home streak of theirs, when even UF couldn't do it, that would turn some "tourney selection" heads....

Yea I hope so. Lots of winning going on out there. Really excited though. Either way, next year will be awesome.

If we finish 20-9, 11-7 in conference, win two tournament games, we would be squarely on the bubble. However, I still don't see it happening. I think our RPI, if all that were to happen, would still be lower 60s.

If all the small auto bid conferences are won by their teams that have the best reg season record we might could skeet in with what you put IMO

Yea. We unforunately only played 11 of the allotted 13 spots in OOC play.

At 22-10, we would get a look. Hey, it probably won't happen but at least we get talk about it this year!

Not that big of a deal really this year. I don't think winning 2 additional OOC games would have helped this team. Besides they would have had to be quality, and early in the year we weren't ready for that.

I think they would have put us in significantly better shape. The first thing people look at is record. Ours has less wins than it could if we would have played two more opponents.

It depends on who we would have played. Beating Southeastern wouldn't have helped. Beating a team similar to Boise would have been good.
