Just got a room across from Oak Mt. for Panic in July $89

Hurry and jump on them now. A few of those hotels just jacked up the price. I booked with Holiday Inn Express and they called me back after I had already given my CC and told me they couldn't honor the $83 rate that it was now $205. 
So called the Comfort Inn right behind it and got one for $89. 
OHHHHH YEAAAHHHHH!!! Oak Mt. Panic ....can't wait!!!! Getting to see them at Jazz Fest and then close the tour out....that'll be my fill for the year!!! Damn, I must be getting old!!!!

I stayed at the Sleep Inn right across the street for the Phish show last year and there were zero worries about cops and drugs.
there was a big hoopla leading up to the show about drugs and Oak Mtn and it was all blown way out of proportion. Just be careful and there is nothing to really worry about.

mouthbreathing gumps and drug dogs in the lot. Don't think I'll ever go back to oak mountain although i had a pretty good time at phish last year

Yeah about the dumbest thing anyone could do is drive around B'ham after a Panic show. I have no desire to spend $100 on cabs and I really have no desire to end up in some gump jail with a DUI. So my $89 hotel that allows me to walk to and from the show is just fine with me...thank you!
