I guarantee you people wouldn't put him on the list of the worlds top 20 strikers. He's the best striker in Serie A. Top 20 in the world. If not top 10. Underrated.

Whoa whoa whoa. Slow your horses. He's very good, but that's a pretty optimistic outlook on the kid.

This. I thought Pirlo was for a while, but he got a lot of press last year.

He's 20 years old lol. Only player that age holding his jock is Neymar. I'd put him in my top 10.

Isco, of the same age, is already more accomplished than either.

Shaarawy is appropriately rated by anyone who knows a good bit about European soccer.

Pirlo was only underrated in the British press. He's been a magnificent player for well over a decade, and has been praised accordingly.

Do you not remember that joke?

I can't think of a real answer that hasn't been mentioned already. Navas was my first thought.

Gordon, an old b-level MLS striker, was a Klinsmann call-up near the start of the WC Qualifying process. His selection was ripped apart by many on here.

I said at one point that he had to be the greatest diamond in the rough in soccer history to get that call-up. People legitimately hated him for the next few days.
