Myself, I can't wait. My wife and I are sending our son to the in-laws for a few days and we're gonna spend a few of 'em down in NOLA and see us some Panic with a few friends.

Don't know about everyone else, but with a young kid and all those responsibilities, I haven't been to a Panic show in years and trust me when I tell you I saw quite a few in my day!!!

Oh yes, can't wait!!!

Not too excited about JF just yet b/c there is still many shows/fest to see before now and then. shite I'm excited the music at the square starts back up in a week with Colin Lake & Anders.

Wish it wasn't at the Republic, but will be good.

I have heard a couple people say this. I like The Republic as a venue. The people that go there on its normal "club" nights suck, but for a show I think it suffices.

I personally can't stand One Eyed Jack's. The set up is very awkward and has poor sightlines, plus the staff sucks. I don't get why bands like it so much.

George Porter and Anders Osborne together? Guess I haven't heard of GABE but sounds awesome. Every musician on there is awesome except the revivalists. They are kinda meh. I'll definitely be going to this. I've never been to the old ironworks. What is like?

It's a good venue for New Orleans. The other nola venues are rat's nests in comparison.

Old Iron Works is just an old warehouse with open sides. Relatively small venue. Hosts a crafts fest about every other Saturday. Should be packed as hell for a show like this. Parking will also be an issue since it has none and its in the middle of a residential area (I live about 100 yds away).
