One of my favorite memories growing up. Still remember where I was and how it all went down.

Jumped up and broke the fan light bulb cover with my head. Worth it.

Was laying on my grandparents orange wall to wall shag carpet with my brother right in front of the tv. My grandpa was sitting behind us in his spot on the couch. All 3 of us lost our shite! I broke a vase and my grandpa spilled his diet coke Pretty sure its the first time I said "frick you" too. I was 9.

one of my fondest memories

ETA: frick you Alex Cora

I was 10. Standing on the couch during the at bat. When it happened, I jumped up and forward, toes hit the coffee table and I twisted an ankle.

My mom had the flu and was laying in her bed. As I hit the ground, I hear her scream. I limped to her room, and she was on the floor laughing her arse off. She said she basically flew off the bed from her back and hit the floor. It was awesome/hilarious. We both had tears in our eyes from the pain but were laughing and cheering at the same time.

I had to go to a birthday swim party with my daughter so I taped the game, we "forgot" a towel so I volunteered to go home and get one. Came in for the last inning and went nuts. Got back to the party and told my wife I didn't watch the game. When we got home and Morris came to bat I stood up and yelled "hit the damn ball outta here". Floored my wife till she figured out I'd seen it "live". Great day!!!

I was at work watching it with coworkers and customers, everyone started jumping around and hugging each other. I'd only lived in LA for a couple of years at that point (northeast transplant), that was the day I fell in love with LSU.

Was at Grand Isle. Had taken a break from surf fishing to go have a beer and listen to a little of the game. A huge roar went out up and down the beach.

We delayed going to the beach to watch the game. I was upstairs because I was so superstitious and when it was hit I just started screaming and ran downstairs where my dad was waiting freaking out too. The drive to Destin after that was great.

We were having a crawfish boil or crab boil or something (was cooking outside anyway) and half of my family were outside because they were too nervous to watch. The other half was inside watching the game. I was running back and forth from our living room to back deck getting stuff for my mother (who was way too nervous to watch it live). I happened to be coming in the back door into the living room and paused to watch for a minute just as Morris hit the winner.

Needless to say, those outside were very soon inside when they heard the ruckus...good times.

Had just moved into a place in Sharlo and my roommates and I were watching over the air while we waited for the cable guy to come. He got there in the 5 th or 6 th inning and did his deal. We asked if he wanted to watch the end of the game. The three of us and the cable guy ended up screaming, cursing, jumping, hugging then ran outside and people were running around the neighborhood in some type of second line/victory lap/epileptic fit!
One of my favorite memories!

I will add that when Morris came to bat, I thought we'd lose, and I was resigned to feeling disappointed yet not despondent. We'd played an amazing game against a great team. From that feeling to actually winning was indescribable.

I was alone at home watching the game. From the 7th inning on I was walking circles around my living room. My first reaction was disbelief that what I was seeing was real.
