90s: Does Hangin' With Mr. Cooper Deserve a Spot Amongst TGIF Elite?

Full House (early TGIF), Family Matters, Boy Meets World, and Step By Step were the four most popular TGIF shows.
I think Mr. Cooper is up there... it was better than filler like Sabrina the Teenage Witch, easily.
Other considerations: Perfect Strangers, Dinosaurs

Little bit of trivia. The cat was voiced by Nick Bakay. At the same time he was doing the voice, he had a weekly SportsCenter segment that detailed all his bets for the week and how they worked out.
