Bulldog told me quality control. Not sure if it is legit, but I know that is a big fear of nano brewers.

Basically they give you a beer and lose control of how you keep it. Say it gets too hot and you give a review based off that. Their beer taste like crap because of consumer error. Doubt the bulldog is that committed to the movement, but I guess it makes sense.

No way bulldog gives 2 shits about quality control. It takes time to fill a growler right, im sure thats the real reason. Its so frickin stupid that a place that bills itself as a beer bar doesnt fill growlers.

Our old buddy (ex-GM at the Bulldog) used to fill growlers for me.

FBD is a Saint Arnold Bishop's Barrel 2 at the Cove. Slight sour cherry tartness. It's OK. #1 was way better.

I was pretty amazed that they didn't. Went end one day when no one else was there and asked. Gave me the BS line, then asked if I wanted a beer anyway. I chuckled and said, "Nah, I'll get one at The Chimes when I get this filled."

If it is a price issue just add it on top, I mean damn, I am willing to pay for the convenience of not getting a DUI or killing someone.

Yeah, I have someone on Pville that is willing to fill them for me, just not that much choice in Pville to take advantage of the perk.

Is it? Wow! The smoke and the bourbon work together so well. This is a top tier beer.

Thanks. Bulldog is much closer to me, as you know.
