SBD - GF Palate Wrecker. A bit foamy from the bottle. Reward for the wash, wax and detail. Time to get it dirty again.

ETA: I feel like Eastwood in Gran Torino sitting back looking at my car and drinking beer. Maybe the Asian folks down the street will let me yell at them later.

Where'd you find this one? I've kinda stopped "expecting more" from Bayou Teche. None of their stuff is bad, but none of it is "holy crap, I want more!" either.

The wife likes their passion fruit concoction. I personally haven't found much that I would want a second taste of. The Bayou Teche Acadie wasn't terrible, but that Joie de whatever was bad. I personally blame a certain blogger for making me buy 2 bottles.

It's better than most of their other offerings.

Sounds like you know him.

I can't figure out if you got a beer blog with a running problem or a running blog with a beer problem.

"Drop by"?

Ha, there is careful planning on my off days. Calandros, Matherne's, WF, then in the trek back stop and fill a growler or two at Chimes.

Btw, the wife ruled out the "just in case growler" to be kept in the car incase we were in the area.

Maybe I am in the wrong circles, but no one ever knows/acknowledges that this goes on around town when I look into it...

Only two places I have found were Chimes and Londoner.

I know the bulldog doesn't, I haven't tried the Cove. The Londoner wasn't easy, they had to get manager approval, weird.

Chimes, Cove and Londoner will do it. Bulldog won't.

i don't think it is technically legal. I don't know the laws, but for off premise drinking, don't you have to have a package license?
