My Dempsey's red beans & rice that I ordered had lima beans and

blackeyed peas mixed in with the red beans...WTF, not cool...Kinda nasty. I hope it was a mistake.

Peas is peas and beans is beans.
Cant imagine why they did that. I'm not even all that fond of mixed bean soup. I definately want my red beans unadulterated.

I get the takeout red beans special every Monday night from Dempsey's on Jefferson and they had run out yesterday. First time that has ever happened. Maybe they were adding extenders toward the end of the day.

It was advertised as three bean mix, Skillet. Not advertised as red beans and rice. This was a one time thing....

I will say this...the French fries are good when you dine in but they get really soggy and gummy to go...

My administration has outlawed the lima bean. Can't stand them. I would be pissed if I got an order of red beans and it was mixed with those repugnant evil lima beans.

They weren't serving them in the place of red beans. If you ordered red beans and rice, they weren't just giving you mixed beans instead.
Also Dempseys Lima beans are much better than any I had growing up. I always let people know when they make a face like a child that theyre nothing like we had as a child.
