Shawn was a completely different character in the pilot. They tried to make him some smooth ladies man. Glad they went another way with him.

Don't Trust the B....oops too late for that one. Shame too, parts of that show were hhilarious and James Van Der Beek was money.
I'd add:
Nashville
Chicago Fire(fluff, but entertaining)
Suburgatory
The Following
I recently started watching season 1 of Lost Girl. Its awesome. Total mindless entertainment, but lots of it is laugh out loud funny imo.

My wife and I have very different viewing preferences. She currently has me watching Monday Mornings with her, which basically is about doctors being called before a weekly tribunal to discuss their dumbass decisions made the prior week. The characters Ving Rhames and Alfred Molina as Chief of Staff portray are definitely worth watching, the show is pretty good.
Viewers should let the X Factor die, I have no idea why people watch that shitter of a show, has to be the worst "singing" competition in 20 yrs.
Justified deserves much better than a .8, I like it as much or more than TWD. Grimm has its moments, it got more interesting the last 8 episodes or so, and White Collar is worth watching from time to time.
Where is the love for Pit Boss??

Obviously Psych
I think Last Man Standing is interesting and it could be soley because of Tim Allen's conservative character. Basically Home Improvement with daughters instead of sons. It is weird to see a show on network television which makes fun of liberal views.

2.Justified - I know it's a semi favorite around here but It's pulling a .8 in the ratings
damn that's low even for cable. This concerns me.
ETA: Shameless

This! I was a fan of season 1 but I have to say the cast changes and change in direction of the show have been for the better. This show is really funny.
Oh and I have a huge crush on Mandy, the middle daughter

The US version has really come into it's own and pulled away a bit from the UK version's formula.
by getting rid of the audience and the celebrities, the show has really improved. The chemistry between the guys has really improved also.
