How to translate "couvillion"?

I was just reading a recipe for red fish couvillion; wondering what it means in English...

Courtbouillon means short or quick broth. Not sure about "Couvillion".




ETA: I had to look it up to see how to spell it.

court = short
bouillion = broth


Courtbouillon are broths that are quickly cooked as opposed to simmered for hours like a traditional stock.

Great for seafood dishes when you want more delicate flavors.

There is no V in the name for the dish with redfish unless you plan on including some parts of a human with that last name.
