MidwayUSA pledge to customers

I've always used midway and will more than likely continue but on a recent product failure they were less than accommodating. So much so that I considered calling again in hopes that I would get a different customer service agent.

I have been spending quite a bit of money with Midway getting my reloading bench setup here lately and will continue to use them.
