I went to one as a pup to see a double feature of Ninja Turtles and Arachnaphobia. I miss them.

I have. They still have a bunch of 'em up north. I went to one in Pennsylvania when I was in junior high... So the late 1980s. It was still running in the mid 90s but I didn't go that grandparent visit.

When I was a kid, I saw Saturday Night Fever and Private Lessons at drive-ins. Probably some others, but can't remember.

I'm not aware of any in South Louisiana.

I would like to try one out though.

Going to a drive-in is on the bucket list. Just seems like a cool way to enjoy a movie

The humidity kills any chance of a decent one opening in Louisiana unless it is seasonal.

I saw E.T. at a drive-in. It's the first movie I remember going to.

I had never been to one as a kid, but I finally saw one in Rota Spain in 1999. My cousin was in the Navy and we went and saw the first Star Wars movie in 15+ years The Phantom Menace.

Saw my first two movies at one. Twin feature, "Five Card Stud" and "True Grit." When I was a little kid, barely remember it.

Went a few times growing up and always loved it. There's one just outside Houston that my wife and I tried last year while we were for work and it was a lot of fun!

There's one by my house. You pay $5 and get a double feature. Great for the kids....food prices are nice too. Just sit in the bed of the pick up with the radio and watch the movies.

There's a great one in Atlanta. It's in the ghetto, but it's fun. You can bring in coolers, etc and basically tailgate before hand and then watch the movie on a pretty big screen with a digital picture. And it's only $7 a person.
