Hope they finish the race today. The past couple of years have had freak accidents, pothole and jet dryer. Then yesterday's incident.

I sure hope they found some aero/power in the last two days. Gonna make for a boring race if we see a repeat of the duels. Cars just cannot pull out of the draft to pass when they get lined up single file. Restrictor plates just kill the hp. They should stick those bars across the top of the car and add that lip to the rear spoiler like in 2000. The pack racing was crazy then.

I hadnt got into racing for a few years.. I used to enjoy it alot but just cant now. We had 4 free tickets to talledega last year, and left them sitting on the counter. Already got free tickets to brickyard and bristol "day race" for this year but probably wont go to either. I have been to talledega and atlanta races before and it was okay, also had pit and garage hot passes which i did enjoy. But why cant i get into it now?!!! It just seems like they are doing it like the nfl... Safety safety safety... Just bores it up for me!

I attended that nightmare last year. I hope you have better luck than I did. It rained like hell all day and it was absolutely freezing, only to be postponed until Monday. I had to work and couldn't attend. I had really good seats too.
I'll be watching from my living room.
