Any fields in BR that you can go practice free kicks at?

Burbank doesn't allow practicing, while the UREC is to worried about liabilities as well.

Where can on go kick at a goal!?!?!

Pissed me off that the parks in Metairie would shoo me off if I even carried a soccer ball onto the grass near a field.

There are a few goals at the park on 16 near the new Live Oak high school if you're around there.

Since when does Burbank not allow practicing? People always go shoot on their goals.

I've played at Burbank a lot. We used to play pickup games out there on Saturdays pretty often a couple of years ago. Unless they've gotten a lot more strict in the last few years, you should be fine.

Me and my buddies play pickup futból every Sunday at Burbank at 3pm fwiw. I've gone kick it around on weekdays too, never have I been told to get off the fields, it's a public brec park, go out there and kick it man

Yeah I've been going to burbank for years. Last time I went we got kicked out, but that was because the fields were kind of wet and they didn't want them to get torn up.
