What are some good places to eat around Royal St. in the quarter. Not from there, so I was wondering. Headed for lunch in about an hour. Any suggestions? Looking for casual dining to a little higher up. Not a 200 dollar meal

SOBU, Nola, Bayonna, all are upscale (but not $200). Stanley has great views (Located across from the Cathedral) and is very inexpensive.

Second Mr. B's.
I've not been, but several people have recommended the Royal House Oyster Bar on Royal for good raw, chargrilled and fried oysters.

Napoleon House has a cool small and somewhat hidden courtyard. Food is not bad.

two places actually. The restaurant inside the Royal Senesta and Felix's. Pretty good!
