Can anyone tell me who the guy sitting courtsiden with the lime green Yankees hat and lime greens shows is? Guessing rapper based on the shoes and chain situation. Even with the Mavericks goal on the non bench side of the court

Pretty sure he is the local kingpin pushing weight. Not a rapper as far as I know. He has about $100,000 worth of marijuana shaped diamonds on his chains which is pretty funny
