I started a 1999 playthrough using only vigors and the skyhook. I'm at the Hall of Heroes and it's going smoothly. That will probably change when I start having to fight the Handyman, and I don't have the gear that causes more damage to them that came with a pre-order. See how it goes.

Completed vigors only playthrough on 1999. Tried not using the dollar bill machines but had to on the last Siren fight. I beat the last level without using Songbird. Like a boss.
