I wish LSU would kick them off the schedule because of shite like this. This game does not mean much to LSU fans, to the point of this type of extortion.

Tulane and ULL should play a 3 game series each season and the winner gets an LSU-envy trophy.

From the official Tulane ticket web site:

quote:

Single-Game Tickets

Pricing good for all games except for LSU:

Chairback Reserved: $15
Adult Bleacher: $10
Youth Bleacher: $8

And Tulane alums wonder why their athletics is ridiculed so much by LSU fans.....

I wish LSU Tulane would schedule a 3 game weekend series with two games at Box and one in New Orleans and then they could flip it every other year. That would be neat.

Would not pay more than face for those tickets.

They've been screwing LSU ever since they started packing Zephyr back in the day.

The weenies have always used LSU fans to subsidize their athletic programs, this is nothing new. In football, it was invariably their biggest gate of the yr & it's close to that in baseball now. I appreciate the fact that LSU fans in N.O. have a chance to see games they mite not always be able to see, but as a local here in B.R. I never put money in the weenies' pockets. And be forewarned: NOPD always has its tow trucks out in force whenever LSU is playing. So park carefully or add that cost to your price of admission.

I just checked ticketmaster and it looks like you can get tickets for $30/person. Tulane's normal prices are only $10/person. Not really much different from LSU Football charging more for the bigger games.
