All of these states have gone to Remington offering to help them move and their ungrateful spokes slob just said that they were crossing the line. Well keep your obsolete arse in NY.

I stand by my original claim that the big boys (Remington, colt, smith) won't be moving.

Colt is building a manufacturing facility in Florida right now.

They are just waiting on the best offer. Many states would like to have them set up shop. New York will have to work to keep them, but they do have the advantage.

Southern states will have to offer plenty to get them to relocate after almost 200years.

That is true, sadly. There are a ton of defense contractors down here near KSC and Patrick AFB. Knight Armory and Kel-Tec have done well here.
Eta: Taurus and Spikes, too.
