I can't find anything really concrete on pricing a gun online. Was hoping someone on here had some firearm value literature or could provide a link online where I could find it.
The gun in question is a marlin 1894 cowboy(cb) limited edition .44 rem mag with a 24 inch octagon barrel. Smooth stock and forearm. Nib never fired , safe stored.
Eta- it has a jm stamp on the reciever

Only pic I have

Ballpark value for this piece. Thanks to all in advance.

I have the same gun. I bought it slightly used for $500. I looked it up back then and that was a decent deal.

Just checked my gun values book and as of this year they are basically worthless. I can make sure it gets disposed of properly for you if you would like. Let me know when you would like to meet up.

How long ago did you pay 500. It seems that new ones are harder to come by. Especially in 24 inch .44

around 3 years ago. Like I said, I feel like I got a decent deal. I bought it as soon as I saw it. I didn't bother looking up the price until I got home. I liked it enough to buy on the spot. After shooting it some I LOVE IT. It is an awesome truck gun!
