yep because we invest nothing in regionally and nationally connected public transit. people would bitch way less about gas prices if they could take a train for summer vacay and not have it stop in every podunk pile of cow shite on the way.

I've been to one in Prague that dropped 300 feet down.

The air was freaking cold down there Napoleon.

We would never have a subway because of no bedrock and we flood. But a commuter train system would be nice. Especially with high speed rail to BR, north shore, and Gulfport. But while I'm dreaming.. I'd like to own the Saints as well.

I could imagine. Though I thought most underground areas like caves and such where usually 55-65 degrees no matter what. I guess since it was man-made it had a different air flow. I'm really just answering this now to shamelessly bump my thread that I thought was cool but only got two replies. lol

What's common with most of those Subway stations?

They are in countries that are broke as shite for spending too much fricking money building their over the top subway stations.

Yea that is exactly why they are broke. Bankruptcy by subway.

The point is that if those countries are spending excessive amounts of money on subways, imagine how much is wasted everywhere else..

They also need more money to maintain facilities such as those pictured above as well.

I'm more for classical looks that are practical vs excessive designs that really don't serve a purpose.

If a private citizen wants to donate his cash then it's fine..
